Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here is our policy on cancellations and refunds, designed to be fair to both you and our local partners.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
30+ Days Before
100% Refund
Minus minimal transaction fees.
15-29 Days Before
50% Refund
Covers our advance booking costs.
0-14 Days Before
No Refund
Late cancellations cannot be filled.
2. Weather & Safety Cancellations
Your safety is our #1 priority. If we cancel a trip due to unsafe weather conditions (e.g., strong waves warnings, storms) or mechanical issues:
- You will receive a 100% Full Refund, OR
- You can choose to Reschedule for Free to the next available date.
Note: Cloudy weather or light rain does not constitute "unsafe conditions" and standard cancellation terms apply.
3. No-Shows
If you do not show up for your tour at the designated time and place, 100% of the tour price is non-refundable. Please verify pick-up times and locations carefully.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via email at hello@ananas.tours or via our Contact Page. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
