• Health Data: Dietary requirements, allergies, or medical conditions relevant to tour safety (voluntarily provided).

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is processed for the following lawful purposes:

1. To process and confirm your booking.
2. To register you for mandatory Accident Insurance as required by Thai Tourism Law.
3. To comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax reporting, National Park manifests).
4. To analyze site traffic and improve our services (via Cookies, if consented).
5. For marketing communications (only if you have explicitly consented).
6. Legal bases may include performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, vital interests and consent, depending on the purpose.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share necessary data with:

• Insurance Providers: To activate your coverage.
• Government Authorities: Department of National Parks or Tourist Police if legally requested.
• Service Partners: Boat captains or transport drivers (only strictly necessary info like pick-up location).
