1. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
2. Booking & Payment
- Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a booking confirmation email from us.
- Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PromptPay (Thai QR Payment).
3. Travel Insurance (Mandatory)
Ananas Tours is operated by a Thai company holding a tourism business license. We provide basic Accident Insurance for registered guests where required for the applicable program under Thai tourism rules.
However, this coverage is limited. We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance from your home country that covers medical expenses, personal liability, trip cancellation, and loss of personal belongings.
4. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service ("Force Majeure").
In case of monsoon weather that specifically makes boat travel unsafe, we reserve the right to modify the itinerary or cancel the trip for your safety. See our Cancellation Policy for details on refunds in these specific cases.
5. Health & Fitness
Some programs are physically demanding. Review the program requirements and disclose relevant medical or dietary information needed for safety.
6. Prices, Currency and Payment
The checkout shows the applicable price, currency and discount before payment. Card and eligible THB PromptPay payments are processed by Stripe. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation.
7. Changes and Cancellations
Program-specific conditions shown before payment form part of your booking. Customer cancellations, operator changes, refunds and processing times are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. Traveler Conduct and Documents
Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas and compliance with local rules. We may refuse participation where conduct creates a material safety risk or seriously disrupts the group, subject to applicable law.
9. Liability and Third-Party Services
Transport, accommodation and local activities may be delivered by vetted third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitation is applied only to the extent permitted by Thai law.

11. Affiliate Program Terms
Attribution. The first valid affiliate link or code reserves a traveler for that partner for 30 days. Registration during that window preserves the original first-click attribution; later links and codes do not replace it. If no purchase is completed within 30 days, the pending attribution expires. Once a first paid booking is completed within the window, that traveler remains attributed to the partner for future purchases.
Discount and commission. The traveler first receives a 5% discount. The partner's estimated commission is then 10% of the THB amount actually paid after that discount. Stripe fees, taxes and other company costs do not reduce this stated commission calculation.
Frozen commission. A purchase creates an estimated commission on hold. It is not payable until the traveler has fully completed the program and Ananas Tours confirms the final amount retained after all refunds. A full refund means no commission. A partial refund reduces the commission to 10% of the final retained THB payment. Program date changes also change the estimated availability date. An authorized administrator may release a commission manually after verifying completion.
Examples. (1) A THB 10,000 program receives a THB 500 discount. The traveler pays THB 9,500 and the estimated partner commission is THB 950. It is released only after successful completion. (2) If THB 9,500 is fully refunded before completion, commission is THB 0. (3) If THB 4,000 of the THB 9,500 payment is refunded, the final retained amount is THB 5,500 and final commission is THB 550.
Payouts. Available commissions are paid manually once a month by Thai bank transfer or Thai bank QR when the combined available balance reaches THB 5,000. Partners must keep valid bank/QR and contact details. Self-referrals, misleading promotion, false claims, spam and undisclosed paid endorsements are prohibited. Partners must clearly disclose that they may earn commission from bookings made through their link or code.
